Dehydration occurs when you use or lose more fluid than you intake. When this happens your body does not have enough water and fluids to keep your body functioning correctly. Sometimes dehydration occurs for simple reasons: You don’t drink enough because you’re sick or busy, or because you lack access to safe drinking water when you’re traveling, hiking or camping.

In order to prevent yourself from being dehydrated, it’s important that you drink kore water when you’re sick, during extraneous workouts, or during hot and cold weather.
