It’s safe to assume that core training is for your core area… but what does that include? According to Mayo Clinic, Any exercise that involves the use of your abdominal and back muscles in coordinated fashion counts as a core exercise. For example, using free weights in a manner that involves maintaining a stable trunk can train and strengthen several of your muscles, including your core muscles.
How does core training help?
Core training can help because core exercises can help you tone you’re abs, make it easier to do most physical activity, and can help you reach your fitness goals. This is why it’s important to include your core in your workout routine!
